Atlanta has made significant progress toward affordable housing, launching initiatives that expand the supply of affordable apartments and incentivize developers to include more below-market units. Yet as the city grapples with skyrocketing housing costs, gentrification and persistent supply shortages, longtime residents are still feeling the squeeze.

Join Axios for an event in Atlanta convening local policy, housing and economic development leaders for conversations examining the progress and pain points in the city’s affordable housing push. We’ll look at the state of play for projects, policies and partnerships that are making housing more affordable and widespread for residents.
